Start with official password recovery
From the Roblox login screen choose Forgot Password or Username and follow the email or phone reset flow if you previously added an eligible recovery method. Use only the Roblox website or official app.
If multiple accounts use the same verified contact information, Roblox may ask you to choose the account to reset.
If you never added an email or phone
Roblox says you cannot complete the ordinary self-service reset without the associated contact method. Contact official Support and describe the access problem.
Support may ask for appropriate ownership verification. Volpedia cannot recover accounts, determine ownership or contact Roblox on your behalf.
After you regain access
Set a new unique password, review the email address and connected methods, and enable a supported 2SV option. Keep backup codes securely stored.
If someone told you to paste browser cookies or recovery codes, stop and treat the request as suspicious.
Avoid fake support websites
Do not trust websites offering account recovery in exchange for your password, verification tokens or a “verification payment.” Roblox says its staff do not ask players for those secrets.
Check links carefully and open the official Roblox Support page directly if you are unsure about a message.
