Your aiming distance
eDPI is only meaningful when compared within the same game. Use cm/360° for cross-game baseline comparison.
Equivalent hipfire sensitivity
Estimated physical mouse travel per full 360° rotation, using reference yaw constants.
| Game | Target sensitivity | Copy |
|---|---|---|
| VALORANT | 0.35 | |
| Counter-Strike 2 | 1.1136 | |
| Apex Legends | 1.1136 | |
| Overwatch 2 | 3.7121 | |
| Marvel Rivals | 1.4 |
What this does — and does not do
The calculator uses cm/360 = 914.4 / (DPI × sensitivity × yaw). Conversions seek the same desktop mouse movement for a 360° turn.
It does not match ADS, scoped zoom, raw input, acceleration, FOV, vertical sensitivity, controller input or perceived screen movement. Game settings and patches can change the reference constants. Treat outputs as a starting point and validate in the game.
Reference yaw constants: VALORANT 0.07, CS2/Apex 0.022, Overwatch 2 0.0066, Marvel Rivals 0.0175. These are community-observed values, not official guarantees.
How does a gaming sensitivity converter work?
Mouse movement can be described as physical distance for a full turn. This calculator uses estimated yaw settings for each game to produce a matching cm/360°. For example, at the same DPI, a VALORANT sensitivity of 0.35 corresponds to a CS2 sensitivity near 1.114 when using yaw constants of 0.07 and 0.022.
Are VALORANT, CS2 and Marvel Rivals sensitivities identical after conversion?
No. The output aligns a horizontal 360° hipfire turn under the assumptions displayed above. Field of view, ADS/zoom, acceleration, scoped sensitivities and game mechanics may create a different feel. Check your actual in-game movement before relying on the number.
Can I convert between different mouse DPI values?
Yes. Enter your old mouse DPI and your target DPI separately. The converted target values account for both DPI values. If you only want to compare settings in the same game, use the cm/360° result as your baseline.
