Elysium and Champions Boss Walkthrough

01

Handle armored shades

Elysium enemies are more punishing than early foes. Attack shield users from an angle, control dangerous archers and finish reviving enemies by addressing their soul stage before returning to the main battle. Practical check: before the next escape, identify the one action or resource that will make this step easier. The best guide is one you can test room by room, rather than a fixed sequence that depends on random rewards.

02

Prepare for the duel

Choose enough health and a dependable attack plan before entering the Champions arena. Slow, overcommitted animations can be especially risky when both bosses attack from different distances. In a real run, watch for the exact moment when this plan stops being comfortable: an enemy projectile, an unfavorable chamber reward or a poor health total. That point tells you whether to change positioning or build direction.

03

Prioritize Asterius

Asterius applies close-range pressure and charges. Focus him first in many runs while keeping Theseus’s spear markers in view. Use pillars to break line of sight to the spear throw. Try this deliberately on your next attempt, without also changing weapon and Mirror setup at the same time. Keeping other variables stable makes the result easier to judge and helps you learn what worked.

04

Respect the second phase

Theseus can call an Olympian during the encounter. Do not chase burst damage through overlapping danger zones; move into a safe lane, then punish when the pattern resolves. If the encounter becomes risky, first preserve an open path to safety. There is rarely a reason to sacrifice an entire Death Defiance just to complete one more attack animation during a dangerous telegraph.

05

Review after victory

If the Champions repeatedly take your lives, note whether the problem is a spear throw, Asterius charge, missed dodge timing or weak damage. Each asks for a different correction before the Temple of Styx. Before leaving the region, ask whether you gained combat consistency, permanent resources or useful narrative progress. Any of those makes the next run stronger, even when this particular escape does not succeed.
