01

How it works

This original Volpedia walkthrough breaks the route into five practical stages. The in-game completion system can total 112% with free content additions. It records selected boss, upgrade, Charm and other milestones, but it is not equivalent to every possible conversation, hidden room or ending. Use a category checklist rather than guessing from exploration alone.

02

Practical strategy

A full set of Mask Shards and Vessel Fragments contributes to progression, while Charm collection has its own milestones. Note that mutually exclusive forms replace each other; you do not need to physically hold every variant simultaneously.

03

Common mistake to avoid

Use the in-game inventory and completion display to reconcile missing items. Check a known category at a time rather than searching Hallownest randomly. Keep ending spoilers off until you have decided which narrative route you want to see.

112 Percent Completion Roadmap

01

Know what the percentage measures

The in-game completion system can total 112% with free content additions. It records selected boss, upgrade, Charm and other milestones, but it is not equivalent to every possible conversation, hidden room or ending. Use a category checklist rather than guessing from exploration alone.

02

Audit movement and Nail upgrades

Verify the major traversal abilities, spell upgrades, Nail Arts and Nail level first. Some abilities are easy to overlook because the world permits different routes. Check which of the three Nailmaster lessons you already learned.

03

Audit masks, SOUL and Charms

A full set of Mask Shards and Vessel Fragments contributes to progression, while Charm collection has its own milestones. Note that mutually exclusive forms replace each other; you do not need to physically hold every variant simultaneously.

04

Audit bosses and optional paths

Review dream battles, Colosseum trials, Grimm Troupe content and Godmaster progress. Some optional super-challenges are harder than the normal game and should be approached after dedicated practice. Not all optional challenges count toward the numerical total.

05

Verify before finishing

Use the in-game inventory and completion display to reconcile missing items. Check a known category at a time rather than searching Hallownest randomly. Keep ending spoilers off until you have decided which narrative route you want to see.
