Use the sound and timing of a rotating door to create a credible fake, but do not abandon Spike control. Plan who holds the back route if your team tries to shift from one site to another.
Avoid automatically sending the whole team toward the first contact. Keep one player in position to detect a late change of direction and use utility to stall while teammates rotate.
Three-site layouts reward flexible defaults: one player gathers information while the others retain the ability to change target.
During a retake, count where opponents can reposition through the door routes. Clear the dangerous close angles before all players enter together.
Opening a rotating door without telling teammates, then mistaking the resulting noise for enemy movement.
Load Lotus in a custom game. Walk both site approaches, test the main rotation, and practice one coordinated entry and one retake. Repeat after major map geometry changes.
