Coordinate a player on the higher path with teammates entering from the ground. Clearing only the closest corner allows defenders above the entry to keep control.
Decide who challenges the raised central space and who keeps the site secure. A rushed mid overpeek can make later rotations harder, especially if opponents gain the upper route.
Take and hold the high ground only when a teammate can support the player there. Rope noises can reveal a change of level.
Retake one section at a time: clear the tower threat while another player guards the ground-level path toward the Spike.
Forgetting to check elevated defenders before crossing the final entry.
Load Split in a custom game. Walk both site approaches, test the main rotation, and practice one coordinated entry and one retake. Repeat after major map geometry changes.
